Linocut Printmaking
After more than a decade working in the screen-printing industry, I've gotten used to fast, precise, production-driven workflows. Linocut printmaking has become the complete opposite for me — a slower, more grounding approach that brings me back to the tactile roots of why I love creating. There's something calming about carving by hand, feeling the texture develop, and letting the imperfections become part of the work. These prints are inspired by Maine's landscapes and the quiet details of nature, each one made through a patient, intentional process. This project is a look into that more meditative side of printmaking.
